Perfect place for family skiing, because you can easily reach the cabin car or sloops, so good for the all family to find there activities especially for different level of skiing. The hotel room is renewed and more space. Shower is hot and efficient. The restaurant is nice and large enough for everyone to have a table at the same time, and service is good and helpful. With all inclusive you have quite some choices of drinks and alcohol. Buffet was good and menu everyday different. The service group very passionate and friendly. Kids have fun for the stay with kinder disco and games. Hotel has spa and sauna, very relaxing after the long day.
Looks forward for the next ski season, and Definitely with choose MMV again.

++ la Plagne really is a good station for skiers, a lots of sloops and different levels. Wild and open. Highly recommend.

We stayed week from 6th April with 2 adults and 2 children (aged 12 & 9) in 2 inter connecting rooms which worked well as it meant we had plenty of room. It was the last week the hotel was open meaning we were upgraded to all inclusive even though we paid half board. This was a big result for us as we wanted to book all inclusive but it was not available to book online so we essentially saved money paying for the upgrade.|The food was plentiful although my son mostly ate pizza every night even though this would have happened in any hotel as he is a fussy eater. On a couple of occasions they set a BBQ up outside and served burgers and steak which was a really nice touch. I found all the staff really attentive in the restaurant and the bar - we got served quickly in the bar and the restaurant staff were always clearing plates. We did not have a problem with dirty cutlery or finding plates so not sure if this has been stepped up following the comments from other guests. |The ski in and out option was a great bonus especially as our children had not skied before and the ski school was outside the hotel so it was nice and easy. One major gripe was the boot warmers did not work which everyone has already commented so the mornings were not pleasant putting on damp cold boots. However, after a few seconds this wasn't an issue but would have been nice if they worked.||Would we come again - yes definitely and it would probably be at the same time of year. As it was nice to have a bit of sun with a few dumps to top up the snow - the slopes were not at full capacity and it would be nice to get the upgrade again at the end of the season. || | ||||||However, some people got really good deals by booking last minute so we will be definat

I felt I had to write a review after I nearly didn't boot the hotel due to the bad reviews, but I am so pleased I concentrated on the good reviews.||Arrival, yes you are dropped off at the entrance about 200m from the hotel and also collected from the same spot, this isn't the hotel's fault as there is no way a bus can get in and out of the car park. there are plenty of ski holidays that you need to walk to the accommodation.||Check in, this is the one issue I had with the hotel, we did have to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready, which is surprising as most rooms are vacated very early in the morning, but there are plenty of places to relax waiting for the room with plenty to drink while you are waiting. they do take 200 euro deposit and this should be returned after check out. I am waiting for this as I have only just returned, however this is still pending on my card so likely it won't be debited.||Rooms, yes the rooms are compact and not much room to walk around but they are clean and tidy. The room for us was warm enough and we were never cold. The heater in the bathroom can be set high to dry any wet clothing. The bathroom is large enough and the there is enough storage. ||Ski hire/storage, the ski hire shop is on site on the ski room, so it is really easy to hire skis and return them, the skis are decent and well maintained, The ski room gets busy at peak times so get down a little earlier as you can ski down to the lifts as the open. The boot warmers were off when we went down in the morning, but if you follow the correct way to store the boots they are not wet.||Restaurant, the food was decent with a local speciality every night, there was plenty to drink, coffee was available every breakfast. There was a wait for the popular dishes like the pizzas, which were excellent. The hotel tried their best to ensure everything was stocked and I never saw anything run out that wasn't replaced. |If you are in the area you can also get lunch at the hotel, you do need to take your ski boots off though.||Bar, There was a number of selected items that were part of the package, like coffee, beer, soft drinks, etc, they do run out of large glasses for the beer but they will give you 2 small glasses. This was the biggest surprise for me and really reduced the cost of the holiday dramatically as I didn't buy a beer or soft drink all week. this is great when you are with children that drink a lot of soft drinks.||Location, perfect for ski in/out, one the best I have had, the location is easy to get back to from anywhere in La Plagne, it is literally walk out of the boot room put your skis on and ski away, same on the return, you can ski up to the boot room. It takes about 20 mins to walk down into town, if you want to go down there. ||Overall I thought the hotel was in a great position with plenty on pluses, I would certainly think about using them again as the pluses far outweighed any minor negatives.

After holidaying here in 2023 then reading the negative trip advisor reviews for the 2024 season, I was very worried about booking again but I’m pleased I ignored them! We had a fantastic holiday and would go here again. ||Positives:|- Excellent location - ski in ski out! |- Ski hire shop onsite |- Warm rooms and hot water - never had an issue with heating unlike lots of other reviews |- Clean |- Friendly staff |- Never went hungry, always something to eat even if it was pizza or pasta. Yes there is sometimes a wait for some food items to be replaced but they were always hot when replenished. Just a tip, the desserts are downstairs. We met one couple who didn’t realise there were desserts until day 4! We always went for dinner at 7pm for it opening. |- Free upgrade to all inclusive for the end of the season, drinks never stop flowing and all free!|- Had lunch at the hotel twice, lots of choice and different menu to dinner/tea |- Entertainment varied and all worked really hard ||Negatives: |- Boot room boot dryers don’t work so boots cold and sometimes damp on a morning. |- Entertainment more for French audience. The shows/dances were fantastic but storyline and announcements in French so difficult to follow. Kahoot quiz questions in English but sometimes impossible to answer unless French celebrities are your area of expertise. |- Not a lot close to the hotel if you like to explore shops/bars. Everything at least 15 minutes away. ||We arrived at 3pm and got our rooms straight away, but I know others didn’t.

We were pleasantly surprised by the food – much better than we had read in previous reviews. There was a good selection and enough of it. Free wine – red/white/rose on tap! The only downside was the restaurant was very busy, running out of cutlery, plates etc but only to be expected at peak times I guess. ||All Staff friendly and helpful.||Rooms were of a descent size and warm. Shower was adequate. Plenty of wardrobe space but only about 5 hangers. Very comfy beds/pillows. Room made up most days.||Evening entertainment mostly for children and in my opinion, there were too many of them about!! However, the hotel bar was busy with a good vibe.||Boot warmers didn’t work the entire week and I had read other reviews earlier in the year saying the same thing. This is a basic requirement on a ski holiday. Having said that, I just took my boots to the room each night. Ski hire was in the hotel boot room – very convenient.||Location: perfect for ski in-ski out but need to catch a bus to get to Plagne Centre, you can’t just walk out the door to bars/restaurants. We liked stopping off at La Terrasse bar on the ski home just above the hotel for our après ski! ||We travelled with Crystal Ski and the bus drops you off and picks you up 250m away from the hotel door which in winter conditions I would be very tricky as it is quite steep.||Really don’t understand the reviews that say this is the worse hotel ever. No pleasing some people! We would stay here again.
